Job Specification: The Asset Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient and profitable Operations of all Contracts allocated to the Asset Operations Group, including tenders as assigned by the Operations Director. Duties Include: - Direct the overall resourcing and staffing of the Asset Operations Group and establish personnel policy, in a manner which encourages staff development whilst generating stability and the maximum financial return for the Company; - Maintain an overview of the skills and expertise of the Asset Operations Group team (e.g. through implementation of experience matrices) to identify areas of shortfall and promote individual development. - Develop the Asset Operations Group capability and knowledge in the core business areas of technology by such means as: review of ongoing work through regular team meetings; review of published literature; promoting internal seminar/meetings to educate others in special skill areas. - Ensure that ...
