Main purpose of role is as follows: Working as a member of the Application Support Team, you will be primarily providing 1st level assistance to the installed user base handling user queries and requests on the PeopleSoft Projects and Billing application. Secondary responsibilities will be maintaining the system, and liasing with other parties to actively manage system and performance problems to resolution.
