The team ensure test equipment improves in capability in development phase & leads to seamless production transfer ESSENTIAL: - Significant exp in electronic engineering - Recent aerospace test exp - Knowledge of latest electronic test technologies - Analogue/digital electronics design skills - Exp of formal software design in any modern high level programming language - Knowledge of statistics as applied to statistical process control in production testing - Team leadership, negotiating/planning skills, manage suppliers, customer facing exp - Commercial understanding/budgets - SIX sigma green or black belt.
