We are looking for someone to provide support, analysis and interpretation of management information to improve the level of service to clients in providing information to the business, supporting brand values. Daily management of mailboxes, queries from managers and employees re PeopleSoft System. To manage all administrative duties, gather information and resolve technical issues as they arise. The key tasks and responsibilities of the individual are as follows: Liaise with customers/business areas in order to identify, understand and analyse business problems. Carry out basic financial analyses, business reporting and evaluations of business problems and scenarios. Work in conjunction with line management and to advise and influence decision-making. Collate, retrieve, review and control data collection and reporting.
