opportunity to join a FTSE 250 organisation with a revenue of £1.7bn and a worldwide workforce of 50,000 as a Senior Operations Manager. The overall role purpose for the Senior Operations Manager is for the operational delivery of the service requirements defined by the contract within the commercial model and agreed budgets throughout UK and NW Europe. The Senior Operations Manager will also implement and review operational procedures to deliver the short, medium and long term plans for the contract against agreed milestones.
