JOB SPECIFICATION OVERVIEW Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Project Manager (PM) will take primary responsibility for the overall management and delivery of a number of projects. Project Manager will adopt such responsibility from the stage where a project becomes "live" i.e. where contractual arrangements have been agreed or have been entered into with the Client organisation. Project Managers responsibility for project management and delivery will encompass both the "developers" as well as the "contractors" project management roles. Roles Developer Focused 1. Assist in negotiations with Clients over contractual arrangements including Agreements for Lease, Land/development sale agreements etc. 2. Instruct/liaise with Solicitors in respect of 1 above. 3.
