You will need electro mechanical and remote service / support skills, together with experience of high value capital equipment (ideally copier/printer), new product introduction, fault diagnostics, be able to deliver presentations to a high level and write technical documents. Overall purpose of the role: To provide technical expertise, identifying and resolving technical problems related to specific products at customer sites. Ownership of the quality of specific products throughout the product lifecycle and identifying/resolving product related process/technical problems.
