Purpose of
Job: To be responsible for weekly Payroll and maintaining the sales ledger accounts. Terms of
Employment Remuneration - £15k-£16k based on hours worked and paid weekly. Rate depends on experience. Hours of Work - 39 hours (Mon to Fri) Holidays - 4 weeks plus 8 statutory leave days. Key characteristics Ability to take ownership and accountability for a key role within a growing retail business. Ability to meet deadlines re preparation of information for monthly management accounts A motivated individual with the desire to investigate problems and derive solutions Good interpersonal skills and ability to integrate into a small team Strong computing skills eg Sage Payroll, Sage Line 50 Accounts, Excel, Word Key tasks Payroll Weekly processing for up to 2 companies and up to 70 staff.
