You will come on board as a Partner in the firm with full day to day responsibility for delegating all work to the firmand#39;s staff for the portfolio you bring with you. You will also agree targets with the other Partners for the development of this portfolio. You will be a Partner in a firm of accountants with a portfolio of fees that can be managed from the West Kent area.
