Our IP, IT and Commercial group provides a comprehensive range of legal services in the areas of intellectual property, IT and contracts and commercial Law. Our clients include major multi-nationals, mid-tier businesses and start-ups, in all industry sectors. We undertake contentious work but our work is predominantly non-contentious. As well as providing traditional advisory services in these areas, we work on many exciting and unusual projects as an integral part of multi-disciplinary teams involving TAX, technology, sourcing and supply chain, risk and business strategy consultants from PwC. These projects range from risk audits to cross-border business transformations and often challenge us to go beyond the traditional confines of legal advice.
