We are currently seeking an experienced 3rd line support engineer to work on site at our Caerphilly based customer The scope of responsibility and tasks for an SCC Engineer can be agreed to fulfil wider IT needs for the account. These may include: Break Fix Maintenance Servers, Desktops, Laptops, Printers Database Administration (Server & Network connectivity via Insight Manager) Application of Software Updates as directed by PHS Administration and Update of Anti-Virus profiles Building & Configuration of Servers Monitoring of Remote Servers & UPS Check & Validation of Backups Software Image loads to PC's User IT Support You should be experienced around core MS technologies to include AD, 2003 server and exchange.
