Purpose of the role: To manage a team of Sales Consultants to perform to targets set in line with the Direct Sales KPI's while supporting and role modelling the core values of CPW Direct. Support the ?coaching culture' in Direct Sales by coaching team members to deliver a great customer experience in line with our compliance guidelines. Main Duties & Responsibilities: . To manage, coach and motivate a team of 8-10 Sales Consultants. Meet or exceed sales targets set for the team (e.g. Notional Margin, insurance, TalkTalk, accessories etc.). Ensure sales are compliant (e.g. meet DPA requirements on all calls, meet FSA requirements when selling insurance, OFCOM requirements when selling TalkTalk).
