vacancy at administrator level in Leeds for a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract. The BU HCS team are responsible for providing generalist Human Capital (HC) support across four lines of service (Assurance, TAX, Advisory and Internal Firm Services). The team act as liaison, advisor and facilitator between People Managers, Business Unit Human Capital Leaders (BU HCL) and specialist HC support teams, ensuring the effective operation of HC processes. HC is currently in a period of transition following structural reorganisation. As such, successful applicants will be required to demonstrate a flexible approach to work and ability to adapt effectively in a continuous change environment.
