Applications are sought from enthusiastic and accomplished Senior Engineers with proven experience of setting up a design department as well as having several years experience in design management. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing design leadership and mentoring of a multi-disciplined team of designers and development engineers in support of the development of innovative 3D shaped circuits. A good Degree qualification is essential, gained in a mechanical, electronic or software engineering subject.
