Customer Service Desk Team Leader - Wellingborough, Northamptonshire Major IT & communications company seeks a Service Desk / Call Centre Team Leader to lead a team of Service Desk Agents providing service and support to customers worldwide. This position will involve agent rota coordination, operational coaching and training, ITIL best practice mentoring, assisting with any Customer Billing Support enquiries as well as handling and management of escalations including Major Incident situations. All service is provided to ITIL best practice standards, using the Remedy service desk management application. Candidates will have previous call centre / contact centre Team Leader experience, ideally with knowledge of Remedy or similar systems. Training on ITIL will be provided for the right candidate.
