Our Client, an international Financial Services and Insurance organisation is now seeking three additional Customer Services Advisors to join their Employee Benefits - Group Query division in Brighton. As ONE of the successful candidates, you will be responsible for the daily contact with Financial Advisers, Scheme Trustees and Sales Consultants and additionally be responsible for answering Broker enquiries ensuring Service Levels Agreements are met, therefore excellent communication skills are vital. With proven experience gained within a busy administration / customer services role within a financial services environment, you will be an enthusiastic individual with a positive 'can do' attitude coupled with a good attention to detail and accuracy at all times.
