Responsibilities To ensure Collection Academy KPIs are achieved and a high quality service is delivered at all times. To lead, motivate, coach and develop new and under performing collections advisors. To design, develop, implement and update training and academy processes, ensuring that we deliver a competent workforce to Collections. * Continual review and delivery of 1 consistent Academy process across sites and portfolios. * Implement and review Academy performance MI, competency tests and a consistent graduation process across all sites and portfolios * Design and delivery of a consistent, digitised 30-Day post graduation competency testing process across all portfolios and sites. * Implementation of weekly performance reporting.
