Working within a friendly team and reporting to the Financial Controller, your main duties will include: ?Writing out and posting all cheques/TT/CHAPs ensuring that they are correctly authorised and coded; ?Manage, reconcile and post petty cash; ?Post and allocate incoming monies daily; ?Post and allocate all direct credits/debits daily; ?Reconcile bank statements daily; ?Liaise with bank to organise company credit cards; ?Ad hoc administration duties.
