opportunity has arisen for an International Business Support Specialist based at our Blackfriars office. This person will be the first point of contact for end user customers and Sales for information, qualification and delivery of international solutions across CC countries and CC's International Partner Network for product and non-complex services. Responsibilities: · Qualification of all new inbound and outbound international opportunities · Assist Sales, International BDM's and International Services Consultants with margin, capability and pricing research in multiple countries · Ensure multi-country quotations are processed within customer specific SLA - includes offering lead times and appropriate product substitutions where appropriate · Ensure quotes are technically vetted as required - ensure that local quotations are generated using correct part numbers · Ensure the appropriate trading accounts are set up in each country with appropriate credit limits · Ensure product and service orders are placed within customer ...
