Provide pre sale support to Area Sales Managers, Account Managers and Customers contributing to the development of profitable new business and relationships. Provide technical support to Account Managers and IFAs on AXA's product and proposition. The role Provide pre sales support by working in partnership with Sales Consultants to achieve targeted business plan. This would include pre sales contact on AXA's proposition/products and the provision of quotations and ensuring all administration is dealt with in a timely and accurate manner. Respond to customer enquiries and requests written, oral, telephone, electronic by providing relevant and accurate information in a compliant manner and within agreed service levels. Ensure that all requests are accurately recorded on SIEBEL in line with departmental procedures.
