This highly successful department is looking for an experienced Business Manager from a Retail background.The Business Manager is responsible for delivering the Head of Retail's (HoR's) sales strategy, the running of the shop floor, surpassing sales and service targets and other key performance indicators (KPI's). A key part of the role is the development of the team to ensure an excellent sales and service focus, whilst maintaining exceptional operational standards.
