Building Services Manager Company profile My client a FTSE 100 company are looking for a Building Service Manager to manage all mechanical and electrical facilities within their European Data centre. The role will involve managing UK related UK budgets, ensuring procedures and processes are in place and followed, manage 3rd party relationship and manage data centre projects. The role will involve monitoring electricity usage, to manage on call fault management, take involvement in major project tender and manage sub contractors. Candidates will need to come from a engineering background with in depth knowledge of data centre building systems and experience managing data centre builds and projects.
