Building Services Contracts Manager Our Client is currently looking to recruit a Building Services Contracts Manager for a number of long term energy supply contracts in London. These contracts involve the supply of heat, steam and electricity to a range of consumers including universities, colleges and private/social dwellings. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Operations and Maintenance, covering ; All client reporting requirements are met or exceeded Build and sustain effective relationships with clients Ensure that all PPMs, reactive and proactive maintenance works are carried our in accordance with contractual requirements to time and on budget Ensure timely completion of all Shires-produced documentation Produce a monthly operating, financial and resource report for the Chief Operating Officer Maximise works additional to contract and ensure that all such work is invoiced promptly Ensure that all sub-contractors are recognised through the Quality Assurance System, hold relevant Inland Revenue certification and operate ...
