recruitment agency based in Long Ashton. Your role will be to call nurses and other medical staff on the agency's books and use your excellent powers of persuasion to get them to commit to shifts at local hospitals/medical centres. You will need to overcome a number of objections such as transport, childcare, hours and rates so will need to think on your feet and suggest solutions to potential obstacles (training given). For every shift you confirm you will receive a £10 bonus (realistically an average of 3 per shift - previous temps have proven to be very successful in this role).
