Reporting directly to the Plant Manager you will be responsible for a team of Production / Process Operators, Engineers and Warehouse staff within this semi-automated processing facility. A key factor in your success will be your proven ability to ensure that your shift runs smoothly with minimal downtime whilst maintaining maximum efficiency, yield and quality. Equally you will be capable of demonstrating your people management skills by working closely with your staff in their ongoing training and development.
