The Company Housing Association based in Essex The Role Candidates need to have a minimum 7 years of accounting experience including several years' experience of VAT accounting and preparation of VAT returns in a multi-company group, with good awareness of relevant VAT rules. Significant experience of working in an environment with broken down financial processes and lack of established financial policies and procedures is also required. As a fully or partly qualified accountant you will be able to work on your own initiative, have disciplined, organised and methodical approach and be good communicator and team player.
