Transport and Logistics Manager - Established Contract Caterer,
London!!! An opportunity has arisen to join a well established contract catering concept focusing on quality and value for money! Duties include: Optimising the company's end-to-end supply chain Controlling the supply of incoming product Managing stock levels at both the central distribution point and trading units Dealing with suppliers and unit managers Providing analytical reports Staff management Managing fleet of delivery vehicles (maintenance etc) The successful candidate will have proven skills in: Relevant experience in this field Stock control/Inventory control preferably with a food and beverage background Strong analytical skills Ability to collaborate and build strong working relationships with suppliers and managers Excellent Interpersonal/Influencing skills Sound logistics knowledge Proactive and resilient Standalone role Please note this is a full time position working Monday to Friday with core hours of 6 am until 2-3pm.
