London, Leeds or Bristol Main activities/tasks: -Plan and conduct a programme of audit visits to a formal methodology and agreed quality standards. -Carry out expenditure testing in line with statistical sampling strategy -Analyse and test summary and supporting management information -Evaluate evidence and finding against EU requirements and regulations -To feed back conclusions and recommendations. -To prepare clear, concise and comprehensive reports -To identify any systemic weaknesses arising -To maintain management information promptly and accurately, reporting to a central Programme Management Office -To ensure prompt notification to IAS of any potential frauds discovered. Travel to English regions is required, including overnight stays where necessary.
