London Care PLC is ONE of the leading providers of home care services to the elderly and adult services in the south east and we are currently recruiting for a dynamic and organised leader for our Wandsworth (London) Office. Working within a very demanding environment you will take full responsibility for all Personnel & Recruitment matters and ensure all procedures are followed in inline with legislation. You will oversee the recruitment and advertising for care and support staff, arrange and conduct recruitment interviews, manage the screening and selection process, ensure that all staff records are complete, current and accurate. Participate in staff development, training and performance appraisals, completing police checks, co-ordinate and manage personnel issues and insure all work permit paperwork is correct and To alert colleagues as necessary to any pressing matters relating to employment, such as upcoming supervision sessions, expiry of ID cards etc. You have a proven ...
