Providing tape change management facilities: maintain tape change schedules, secure transport of tapes between suites, tape storage logging, notification of progress to customers. Providing server management requests to customers: completing reboots as required, simple diagnostics, liaison with customers, cable management assistance. Providing management of all deliveries to the Docklands facilities both in bound and outbound. This will include customer equipment deliveries.
