The purpose of this role is to provide monitoring, support and remote hands services for Kingston Communications IHS systems and customers Responsibilities Will Include: The aim of the role is to provide monitoring and management of the KC IHS network, local hands on support of our customer equipment at Global Switch and our other data centre facilities, ensure customer calls and tickets are dealt with, ensure customers are given appropriate access when visiting the data centre, provide escalated support to the Technical Support desk and deal with customer installs and other facilities tasks in the data centre..
