The successful person will operate in a stand alone capacity to drive the HR function and manage the outsourced payroll process in this creative, challenging and fast paced environment. Working alongside the FD, you will provide support and advice across the full range of HR issues, with a specific focus on Employee Relations, freelance contracts and disciplinary and grievance. Credibility within a HR functionand a sound technical knowledge of payroll will be critical to achieving success.
