London Duties: 1. To participate in the team rota system, working in partnership with Children's Services social workers to co-ordinate referrals for packages of support for children on the edge of care and placements for looked after children 2. To write detailed referrals, reviews and reports that reflect an understanding of the needs of Looked after Children and a commitment to culturally sensitive practice. 3. To liaise, problem solve and negotiate with social workers, foster carers, independent fostering agencies and members of the public to ensure the best interest of the child are met. 4.
