Overview The jobholder will form part of the credit risk team supporting the growth of our business in Germany. Our strategy is to grow this business aggressively through our Cards and Loan offerings and your role will play an integral part in helping achieve this growth, maximising value in a controlled risk manner. Accountabilities - Strategy design, implementation, tracking and analysis (e.g. campaign selection criteria / waterfall analysis, loan affordability analysis, loan amount allocation strategy, pricing strategy - Stakeholder management / education presenting your analysis, conclusions and recommendations to management, including in country teams. Liaising with IT teams to ensure speedy implementation of strategies and communicating progress. - Credit Risk MI production, to understand performance of strategies against expectation, and ensure early reporting and action of variance.
