To support the HR Business Partner in providing information and advice to the Insurance departments on HR KPIs (attendance, performance, etc) 2.To support the HR Business Partner in delivering aspects of the HR strategy, ultimately contributing to the Firm's business strategy 3.To assist with/lead ad hoc HR or People projects Relationships : Responsible to: HR Business Partner Liaison with: Partners, legal advisers and support staff internally as well as external service providers and contacts as required.
