Our motor industry client based in North West
London seeks an experienced and immediately available accounts assistant to join their rapidly growing business. This client is enjoying a period of particular sales increase and is therefore looking for immediate support within the billings area. You will be a hardworking and have superior organisational skills, able to multi task and meet strict deadlines. This will be an all round role with general accounts duties and administrative responsibilities to boot. You will produce invoices, payment runs and deal with the cash allocation requirements as well carrying out a mix of admin duties such as front of house, answering the telephone and other ad hoc admin requirements. Knowledge of Great Plains system and/or QuickBooks would be a great advantage. This is a temp to perm position with excellent progression opportunities for the right person.
