Additional experience of non-contentious construction matters would be beneficial. The Dispute Resolution group advises on a range of litigation and contentious work including contractual, financial and other commercial claims. The group also provides specialist cross-disciplinary support to other parts of the firm. You will help to build a strong specialist construction team to complement the group's other specialist teams so management and supervision experience is also important.
