Engineer Salary:c£32k Overall Objectives To play a leading role in the mechanical engineering section of a small team developing advanced industrial liquid level measurement switches, sensors and transducers. To deliver new designs against agreed targets to meet company objectives. To maintain the existing product range, dealing with upgrades, enhancements and obsolescence. To provide engineering support to production engineering and marketing departments. To ensure compliance with existing and emerging standards for safety and reliability. To enhance the Company’s technology so that the product range can be expanded. Main Responsibilities Product development, working with project managers and product managers, developing product specifications and delivering designs to meet those specifications. Mechanical design of new products and variants of existing products.
