By using a range of appropriate teaching and training methods there will be a need to identify and use suitable ways in which to engage and maintain the interest of young people in a workshop environment. Experience in working with young people in activities appertaining to the Princes Trust or Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme or experience of working with Entry to Employment Learners will be a distinct advantage. A youth work qualification and a teaching qualification are both desirable.
