central government, the National Lottery, external organisations, and from the Council's Capital Programme and area-based regeneration initiatives for strategic development projects in the Borough. Funding secured will have a long range impact on the Council's Parks and Sports infrastructure, and will affect the Council's ability to meet its strategic objective of creating a cleaner, greener and safer Borough. 2.To project manage the implementation of major capital projects within a wide range of programmes, including the Council's Cleaner, Greener, Safer Capital Programme; the Parks and Sports Capital Programme; and various area-based programmes that contribute to the Councils long term goals.
