Accountant, and part of a team of seven including the Sales and Purchase ledger clerks. ⢠Transaction processing at month-end in particular, to include posting of standard journals, accruals and prepayments. ⢠Produce bank reconciliations and assist with day to day cash management and treasury. ⢠Perform balance sheet reconciliations. ⢠Assist with consolidation, analysis and reporting of the monthly management accounts. ⢠Assist with gathering information for Statutory accounts at half year and full year. ⢠Assist with documentation of procedure notes for existing processes within the Finance team. ⢠Assist and work with Sales and Purchase ledger clerks where necessary. ⢠Preparing information for, and assisting with the year-end, half-year and interim financial audits.
